Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: 15 July 2026

You are in control of your data. This page explains what can be deleted, how to request deletion, and what happens afterwards.

Introduction

This page explains how you can delete your Networking Plus account and the data associated with it, and what happens when you do. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Networking Plus is developed and operated by Kreative Madari Pvt Ltd, based in Kolkata, India.

What Can Be Deleted

You can ask us to delete your entire account and its associated data, or — where you prefer — only specific items such as particular contacts, cards, or your digital profile.

This page focuses mainly on full account deletion, and also explains how to delete selected data.

Account Deletion

When you request account deletion, we work to remove your account and the personal data we hold for you, other than limited records we are required to keep by law (described below).

After your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access it or its contents.

WhatsApp User Data

Deletion covers the account data tied to the WhatsApp number you use with the service, including your profile details and settings held in your account.

Messages within WhatsApp itself are managed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own policies and are outside our control.

Business Cards and Contact Records

The contact records extracted for you, along with the notes, tags, and reminders you added, are removed as part of account deletion.

Uploaded Files and Profile Assets

The card and document images you uploaded, and any digital-profile assets you added, are removed from our storage as part of account deletion, subject to the backup cycle described below.

Google Connection Data

If you connected a Google account, deleting your account also removes the stored Google authorization associated with it. You can additionally revoke access directly in your Google Account (see below).

Content you previously exported to Google Sheets, or reminder events created in Google Calendar, remain in your own Google account and can be deleted by you there.

Payment and Invoice Records

Payments are processed by Razorpay, and we do not hold your full card, UPI, or bank details. We keep limited billing and invoice records associated with your purchases.

Some of these records may need to be retained after account deletion to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion, email us at support@networkingplus.ai with the subject “Account deletion request”, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 79803 35088.

Please send your request from, or clearly identify, the WhatsApp number or email associated with your account so we can locate it.

Identity Verification

To protect your account, we may need to verify that the request genuinely comes from you before we delete anything — for example, by confirming it originates from the WhatsApp number or email linked to the account.

This helps prevent someone else from deleting your data without your authorization.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period after we receive and verify them. Because part of the process may be carried out manually, deletion is not always immediate.

We aim to complete verified deletion requests promptly and will let you know once your request has been actioned.

What Happens After Deletion

Once your account is deleted, you lose access to it and its contents, and the data we deleted cannot be recovered by us.

If you wish to use the service again afterwards, you would need to start a new account.

Data That May Be Retained

As noted above, we may retain limited records where the law requires it (such as billing and tax records), or where necessary to resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or enforce our agreements.

Any retained data is limited to these purposes and is not used to provide the service to you after deletion.

Backups

Data you delete may persist for a short time in our routine backups before those backups are cycled out and overwritten on a rolling basis.

Backup copies are kept for recovery purposes only and are not used to restore data that you have asked us to delete.

Revoking Google Access

In addition to deletion, you can revoke Networking Plus's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Revoking access stops any further use of your Google data by the features you had enabled.

Deleting Only Selected Data

If you do not want to delete your whole account, you can remove specific items — such as individual contacts, cards, or your digital profile — from within the product, or ask us to remove particular data for you.

Tell us clearly which items you want removed, and we will action reasonable requests.
