These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NetworkingPlus (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree
to these Terms.

1) Service description

NetworkingPlus is a WhatsApp-based tool that helps you scan and extract contact details from images/documents you
provide, save and manage contacts, and optionally export contacts to Google Sheets and/or create Google Calendar events
for reminders if you connect Google.

2) Eligibility

You must be able to form a legally binding agreement and comply with applicable laws to use the Service.

3) User responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide content you have the right to share
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Not use the Service to spam, harass, or violate privacy rights
• Keep your account access secure (where applicable)

4) Accuracy disclaimer

Extraction results may not always be accurate. You are responsible for verifying contact details before use. We do not
guarantee accuracy of OCR/AI outputs.

5) Google connection

If you connect Google, you grant only the minimum permissions required to perform actions you request in WhatsApp,
such as exporting your saved contacts to a Google Sheet and/or creating Google Calendar events for reminders you set.

• User-triggered only:
  Exports happen only when you choose “Export to Google Sheets”. Calendar events are created only when you set a reminder and enable calendar events.
• Export folder behavior:
  When you connect Google and trigger export, the Service may create a folder named “NetworkingPlus” in your Google Drive (if it does not already exist)
  and create/update your export spreadsheet inside that folder.
• Minimum scopes:
  We request basic identity scopes (openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile) plus:
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — to create and manage the export spreadsheet file used by the Service (not full Drive access).
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly — to update the current export spreadsheet used for exporting contacts.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create calendar events for reminders you set.
• No other Google access:
  We do not request access to Gmail or Google Contacts.
• Revoke anytime:
  You can revoke access at any time from your Google account settings (Security → Third-party access) or by disconnecting Google inside the Main Menu

6) Payments and subscriptions )

Premium features may require payment. Pricing, duration, and benefits are shown in the bot before purchase. Payments
may be processed by a third-party payment provider. Refunds follow the policy displayed in the bot or on our
website.

7) Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may update these Terms and will post
updates on this page.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

9) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetworkingPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of the Service.
