NetworkingPlus provides a WhatsApp-based contact management service that helps users scan and save
contact details and optionally connect Google services for export and calendar features. This Privacy Policy explains
what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1) Information we collect
- Account information: your WhatsApp number, name (if provided), and email (if you register).
- Content you send: messages, images, and documents you upload (e.g., business cards, brochures, letterheads).
- Extracted contact data: details detected from your uploads (such as name, phone, email, company, address, website).
- Usage and technical data: timestamps, scan counts/plan usage, and basic logs for troubleshooting and security.

Google account data (only if you connect Google):
- Basic profile info (email/name) used for authentication and account linking.
- Google Drive/Sheets file access limited to the export file created/used by NetworkingPlus for your contact export.
- Google Calendar access to create calendar events for reminders you set (only if you enable calendar events).
2) How we use your information
- Provide the service (scan/extract/store contacts and show results)
- Export contacts to Google Sheets (only when you trigger export)
- Create calendar events for reminders you set (only if you enable it)
- Improve accuracy, prevent abuse, and maintain security
- Provide customer support and troubleshoot issues
- Manage subscriptions and payments (if you upgrade)
3) Google API Services disclosure
If you connect a Google account, NetworkingPlus’ use of information received from Google APIs will comply with the
Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google scopes we request (minimum required)
- openid, userinfo.email, userinfo.profile — to authenticate and show basic account identity.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file — to create and manage the export spreadsheet file that the user creates/uses with NetworkingPlus (not full Drive access).
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets.currentonly — to write contact rows only to the current export spreadsheet used for export.
- https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events — to create calendar events for reminders you set (only if enabled).
How export works: When you connect Google and trigger export, NetworkingPlus creates a folder named
“NetworkingPlus” in your Google Drive (if it does not already exist) and creates/updates your export spreadsheet inside that folder.
NetworkingPlus does not request broad access to read or modify unrelated Drive files.
We do not request access to Gmail, Contacts, or other Google services.
4) Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited data with:
- Service providers used to operate the bot (hosting, database, storage, logging).
- OCR/AI processing providers to extract text/structured details from your uploads.
- Payment processor (for premium upgrades), to process transactions.
- Legal/compliance obligations if required by law or to prevent fraud/abuse.
5) Data retention
We retain your data as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and
enforce agreements. You may request deletion (see Section 8).
6) Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we
work to protect your data.
7) Children’s privacy
NetworkingPlus is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect
data from children.
8) Your choices and rights
- Request access, correction, or deletion of your data
- Disconnect Google at any time from within NetworkingPlus (this deletes stored Google credentials from our systems)
- Revoke Google access anytime from your Google Account: Security → Third-party access
- Stop using the service by discontinuing WhatsApp interactions
